This unique Australian stage show is the two-hour presentation of the rise of music legend Johnny Cash. Portraying the man himself is local legend front man, Tex Perkins. Tex is best known for ARI A Award winning groove and roots specialists ‘The Cruel Sea’ and is a singer songwriter in his own right.

To do justice to the memory of Johnny Cash is a challenge by any performer’s standards, but Tex has received rave reviews since the show began, winning the hearts of audiences and sending the show into an extended season by popular demand.

Tex is backed on stage by ‘The Tennessee Four’ - Steve Hadley Musical Director and Bass, Shane Reilly on Guitar, Shannon Bourne on Guitar and David Folley on Drums.
